Yala peak climbing 5732 Meter is one of the easy trekking peaks which is located in the Langtang Region of Nepal. The Yala peak is open for anyone if the trekkers are interested they can climb this peak with the help of a guide and it does not require any kind of permits to work. Since it is a trekking peak it is non-technical and easy. The Yala peak climbing is very suitable for the beginner’s climber if they are preparing some more challenging climbing in their life. This climbing provides you with knowledge of how climbing works as well as climbing technical parts. Yala peak submit offers the extraordinary view of the Langtang Himalayan ranges plus you can also see the mountains on the Tibet sides from the top of the Yala peaks. There is also a very popular peak on the opposite of the Yala peak which is Known as a Naya Kanga peak. The Yala peak climbing trip begins from Syabrubesi after 6-7 hours driving from Kathmandu. Then you need to trek through the deep green river gorges of the Langtang River for a couple of days to reach the Kyanjin Gompa. The trek offers a very magnificent view of the Himalayas which is purely visible from the Langtang villages and Kyanjin Villages. Before you start to climb to Yala peak you can go to the Kyanjin RI to acclimatize and to see the magnificent views of the Langtang Ranges. The next day you go to the base camp of Yala peak from Kyanjin Gompa. You will be staying at the 4800 Meter and learn some basic stuff of the mountaineering for the next day. Next day early in the morning you will start climbing. When you submit the Yala peak you can see an extraordinary view of the Langtang Lirung(7,246m), Lenpo Gang (7083m), Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa (6990m), Naya Kanga, Ganjala peaks, marimatto around the valley. You can also see some mountains which are in Tibet. Gangchempo (6388m), and Shishapangma( 8027m) and some more peaks you can see on the Tibet sides.

Pick up you from the airport, transfer to the hotel then we will give you the trip briefing. After the briefing we will help you to arrange gears that you need for the trek and climbing. You will also meet your guide who will be with you for your entire trip.
Early in the morning the guide will pick you up from the hotels. You will also meet your entire trek crew here. Together you will drive to Syabrubesi. You can choose either jeep or local bus. The jeep is more comfortable as well as reliable while the bus other hand is crowded and more uncomfortable. The driving offers you the pure view of the rural life of Nuwakot, Dhading and Rasuwa. You will take a break on the way to Syabrubesi. The way is quite adventurous but you will enjoy the fantastic scenery.
After having breakfast at Syabrubesi we start our trek. We cross the Bhote Koshi river then move to the Langtang river valley. Following the Langtang river valley you will keep going. You will see the small settlements on the way where villagers sell the tea for the trekked and offer the night stay as well. You will reach to pahiro then bamboo. Bamboo is the place where you will do lunch here before you head to lama hotel. It is quite a hard trek in the last part because of the continuous climbing. The trail is full with bushes of stinging nettles and some other plants. You will also see the rhododendron trees also. Lama hotel is located on the bank of the river where there are 5-6 hotels.
Our trek today is quite harder as well as more scenic. The trek slowly follows the bank of the Langtang river in opposite directions. From the trail, you can see the Langtang Lirung very clearly. The valley is more narrow and full of the forests. As you go higher you can see a lot of rhododendron trees. The trails are more zig-zag as well as starry till Ghoda Tabela. Ghodatabela is quite a wide place and a good viewpoint to see the Langtang ranges. Now the trails become more open and you can see wider than before because the valley is more open. The trail slowly goes higher to the Langtang villages. Before Langtang villages, You can see the biggest landslides which occurred due to the massive earthquakes in 2015.
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa is your plan today which is elevated at the altitude of 3900 Meters. It is a very unique trek today crossing the villages of the Langtang, Mundo and some other small settlements. The trail is not that harder and you can see the yaks all the way to Kyanjin Gompa because there are pastures everywhere along the trekking trails. It is a 3 hours trek to Kyanjin Gompa village.
Today is an acclimatization day for you. To acclimatize and take in the good view of mountains we have two options. We can go to the Kyanjin Ri or we can go to TserkoRi (5450) from this viewpoint you can see a magnificent Himalayan range. This is very good preparation for climbing.
Arranging and purchasing some insufficient things you will go to the Yala peak base camp. The trek requires some climbing to get the Yala peak. As you go higher you can see the stunning view of the Langtang Himalayan ranges. The mountains surround you. Ganchenpo, Naya Kang, Tserko Ri, Yala peak are the mountains that you will see from the Yala peak base camp.
You will climb the Yala peak today. The guide will lead you to the top. As it does not need the technical climbs you don’t need to be worried however for safety precautions will be taken there. The guide will have some ropes. You will follow him and climb to the Yala peak. You can see an amazing view of the mountains from the top off the Yala peak. Numerous mountains can be clearly visible from such a highly elevated place. After climbing the Yala peak you will descend down to Kyanjin Gompa.Stay at Kyanjin Gompa.
It is better to keep a day for a spare. If the weather goes bad then you can utilize this day for the climbings. If the weather is good then you can go to Langtang villages.
You will go down to the lama hotel. If you stay in the Kyanjin then it takes quite a long time to reach the lama hotel. But if you have stayed in Langtang then it is shorter to reach the Lama hotels. You will follow the same trails .
The trek is relatively easier because we should go down to Syabrubesi via the bank of the river through the thick dense forests. Stay overnight at the hotels in Syabrubesi.

There are two good season for Langtang trek and Yala peak climbing. Ine is Spring season on which seasons you can see countless flowers on the forest and the sky is clear. Another one is the Autumn season known as the best season for mountaineering activities in Nepal. The weather and the temperature is very best on this season so it is best to time to climb the yala peak.
Basically it is a 12-13 trek and climbing plan. The climbing is just 2 days but we have managed 3 days because if the weather goes bad then we can spare the 1 days as well. The climbing can be done in just 2 days and retired back to Kyanjin Gompa.
There are tea house accommodations during your trek while at the climbing we will organize the alpine climbing for you that means. Arrange the bed in the tent and food as well. The food is mostly the instant food for just climbing days and and before the climbing days.
The hotels provide you the western style meal as well as Nepali Dish. If you like to do shower then there is a hot shower available in the hotels. If you like to use the internet then there is also internet in the Langtang Region.
Yes, There is a availability of Mineral water, every tea houses. It is always not good to drink the mineral water, first it is quite costly to traveler, secondly it is damaging the Eco-system, the water company using a lot of plastic bottles. In a mountain mineral water bottle are a real threat to the environment. We can use the water purifier or water purification tablet and become a responsible traveler
You can hire the Private Jeep or use the local bus to go the Yala peak climbing. As per our suggestions if you want to do comfortable travel then it is better to go on jeep because the local bus often stops as well as it is the crowdy and stops often whenever it ge’s the local people on the way.
Yala peak is the trekking peaks and height is 5,732 Meters only.
You don’t need the climbing permits but you need the Langtang National Park Permits which we will take from the Army check post. TIMS permit is required for the trekkers to trek into the Langtang Area.
Yala peak easy climb in Nepal. It is non technical and soft climbing. Even if you do not have the experience to climb you can climb the yala peak. Previous experience is not required but if you have then it is really beneficial to you.
