Langtang trek is worth a trip. Changing landscape every day, nice guest houses, local food and an amazing view at one of the top peaks at 5000m.

The guide was very good. Good English and was able to talk about nature, the history, local life, tips to eat and we had a good team spirit.

The porter was amazing, too.

Actually, it went to a once-in-a-livetime-event.

When we planned our trek at Nepal, we searched for a local guide and found info about Mr Shreeram. We connected to him through WhatsApp, and discussed our plan.

He guided us with the proper itinerary. From day 1 of our trek to our last day of trek he made sure everything goes well as per plan. The tea houses he chose was more comfortable. The Porters Mr Ram and Mr Suresh were calm nd helpful all the time. If you are planning for a trek in Nepal , I strongly recommend Mr shreeram.

I booked a 10-day trek around the Annapurna region with Nepal Trek Hub. From the beginning of Communication, I was asking so many questions regarding Annapurna Trek. Every time I got my answer so quickly. Shreeram was the best man to solve each and every query regarding this Annapurna Trek. I had so much information regarding the Annapurna Trekking so I was well prepared regarding types of equipment and gear. On arrival, Shreeram Pick Up me from the airport. We had a nice conversation in hotel regarding my trip. My Guide Rajesh was there to meet me and afterwards, rajesh took care of everything. He was hero of my trip not only as a guide but also as a friend. As I am alone I was frightened that I could be board but that thing did not happen to me as Rajesh was so funny

Being single it is hard to get the accommodation in Annapurna as I understood myself, but my guide managed me super accommodation everyday. We were doing Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek with Annapurna Base Camp. As my guide was Encyclopedia, I understood many things regarding Nepal such as how Nepal formed. What is its history? What are the culture and ethnicity? Language, politics, rural life and many other things that other travellers do not care about.

I was so lucky in terms of weather because from the start of my trek to end, it was crystal clear weather so I saw many mountains, terrains and landscapes. It was also good to see the rhododendron flowers blooming in the forest. I enjoyed the mesmerizing view of the Forest and mountains.

I saw Mt.Annapurna, Mt Dhaulagiri, Mt. Nilgiri, Fishtail mountain and many other beautiful peaks around the region. It was quite narrow valley but the scenery was amazing itself plus I got more impression that the local porters were carrying 60-70 kg easily in baskets to the hotel’s supplies. And the more interesting thing is they were in flip-flops.

Overall, my experience with Nepal Trek Hub was super. They were kind and helpful as well as very professional in their profession. They are about the client’s need and what they want. They were also very happy to customize the trip even in office or in Trip as well. I can recommend to anyone who is going to Nepal for any trip.

Our Guide/Porter, Prem Rai, was amazing, super attentive, and very patient…a real gem. Between April and May 2019, I had the pleasure of doing 2 treks with Shreeram the young boss of Nepal Truk Hub Pvt.

I contacted him by email (as well as two other guides by email) a few weeks before my departure for Nepal to explain and validate my project:

1 short trek of 8 days at – 5000m

1 long trek of 18 to 20 days at +5000m

A few requirements: Just a guide and me, no porter and a good level of English.

I met Shreeram the day after my arrival in Kathmandu and the current immediately passed between us on the human, practical and financial levels.

In total we trekked and lived together for 26 days (Langtang Valley & Annapurna)

We spent fabulous moments of discovery, sharing, effort (especially for me…) of complicity and laughter.

Shreeram has a perfect knowledge of the mountain, its history, its fauna, its flora and its risks. During our days and depending on my physical condition, I have always been able to count on his sense of adaptation, his support sometimes (especially to carry my heavy photo box) and his patience.

Shreeram knows how to listen, observe and organize with the sole aim of satisfying you.

He has a serious culture, a desire to share his mountains, his country and he remains very curious about Europeans and our culture.

So I can highly recommend Shreeram!!

My Mother and I went trekking in Nepal in March. We trekked alone without a guide but met Shreeram and one of his clients on our second day of trekking while we were all resting at the top of a hill! Shreeram is one of a kind – even though he wasn’t our guide, he took us under his wing, he treated us with warmth and care and welcomed us to trek with him and his client throughout the rest of our trek from Ghorepani to Ghandruk. Without him we actually would have been stuck on a few occasions, he helped us massively and we feel blessed to have met him. His English is fantastic and his general knowledge is incredible so you can have some extremely interesting conversations and he knows all the best places to go trekking. He has a wicked sense of humour so there was a lot of laughter as well! When we return to Nepal we would not want to use anyone else as our guide and we look forward to Shreeram taking us on many more trekking adventures around Nepal.

We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, helpful and reliable guide, he looked after us so well. Thank you so much, Shreeram!

I did my 1st trek at the Poon hill trek with was a 5d/4n program. Had a great experience there. The trek started with easy climbing steps, through icy paths, and end with a normal natural hike path. The trek was somewhat easy for me. Just the icy walk part is a bit hard, as it was my 1st time walking on a slippery road. But, thanks to Shreeram! He prepared Anti-slip Shoes over spikes grips for me. It made my journey very convenient and fun. I did really see people slip and tumbled down the icy path. Luckily, I did not fall even once. Also, thanks to our guide, Sangay. He really did help me out a lot, esp in slippery areas. In overall, I felt happy about all the arrangements that Nepal Trek Hub have prepared for me. did took lots of memorable pics.

We had never been to Nepal, but wanted to do a trek and, after trying to work with other outfitters, we found Nepal Trek Hub. It was a great experience. The trip (Poon Hill) was well organized with scrutiny to detail and went off like clockwork.

Our interest was in cultural exploration and nature. We were well rewarded. Our guide and porter grew up in hillside farms within the trekking area and have spent their lives in and around the Annapurna Area. They know the culture and the wildlife and know how to reveal it. Indeed, following the trek they spent an afternoon with us guiding us through the various historic and religious sites in Kathmandu. They’re local and they’re great.

We booked a Poon hill trek via Nepal Trek Hub. Had a fantastic time – our guide Rajesh was amazing, super friendly and helpful, telling us all about the peaks along the way. Our porter, Gajbahadurgurung was equally friendly and always smiling. And Shreeram who runs Nepal Trek Hub organised everything for us and made the whole experience really smooth and helped us tailor the trip to our budget and needs. Would definitely recommend it.

I’ve just finished the Khopra trek with Shreeram who runs the agency. I had a very nice time, with incredible views on the Annapurnas and Daulaghiris, and walks through traditional villages. Shreeram did his best to fulfill my wishes. He knows the trails very well, he’s smart, funny and very interesting. I was traveling on my own as a woman and I felt very comfortable all the time with him and the porter. I recommend him without any hesitation.

Just returned from the Annapurna Circuit trek with a group of friends, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! It would not have been possible without our awesome tour guide, Shreeram, and our two strong porters (who happen to look like Korean twins btw), Dev and Surendra.

Personally, I like to engage a local guide when trekking especially in unfamiliar places (this was our group’s first time in Nepal as well as doing such a long trek!), because I’d like to think that the local guides know the ins and outs of the trail better; making sure safety is the utmost priority while not compromising on the view and experience.

Fortunately for us, Shreeram did exactly what we expected of him and far more.

Throughout the 12 days Shreeram always made us feel safe, was observant, caring, and sensitive to our needs. He would advise us on the Do’s and Don’ts throughout the trek, and I am grateful that none of us ran into any major issues (whether general wellbeing/safety/comfort) under his care and guidance. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the Himalayas and the surrounding region, as he patiently answered all our questions and always kept us entertained with little nuggets of information. And added bonus to this all was Shreeram’s unique sense of humour which created a lighthearted vibe within our group, always making us chuckle away.

Not forgetting our porters Dev and Surendra who also did an amazing job, each of them carrying >20kgs over their shoulders every day (with a strap across their forehead to support the load :O ) , never once complaining, and always early to arrive at our destination to secure the best rooms possible for us.

All-in-all, we are extremely grateful to have had Shreeram, Dev and Surendra as part of our trip. While all the above may seem like “small” things, trust us when we say – it makes all the difference and is definitely what separates just “normal” from “GREAT”.

I used Nepal Trek hub to help guide me and 2 others through a 17-day trek through the Annapurna circuit; from Ngadi to the Thurong La pass, with detours to Ice Lake, Tilicho Lake, Tatopani, and Poon Hill. And I’m so glad we used a guide. Shreeram (or “Ram” as we called him) and his team of experienced porters were indispensable. There was major flooding in 2021 – the year before our trip – and Ram and his team helped us find the remaining undamaged trails and helped us pick the best hotels to stay at for the best prices during the whole trip. He also helped to navigate the rock fall areas and gave us invaluable knowledge of the local environment and culture (and he’s a pretty good Nepali teacher to boot!). There is something about having that local connection that just can’t be replaced. We had the trip of a lifetime and will definitely be using Nepal Trek Hub again next time we come back to Nepal!!
