There are four types of trek grades in Nepal. Easy, Moderate, Adventure, and Strenuous trek are available for the trekkers to enjoy their holidays in the Himalayas. Nepal is a very rich trekking destination. There are many trekking routes that go from the high Himalayan range to the famous view station of the Himalayas as well. These trekking trails are categorized by different types which are based on Altitude, walking duration, and trail types. Here we have mentioned our trekking trail category.
Easy trek grade
Easy Trek is trekking to an altitude below 3500m with a maximum of 5 hours of walking in a day. Such Trek does not need any previous trekking experience. This kind of Trek is suitable for any trekkers such as old people, women, and children. Some of the easy treks in Nepal are Ghorepani poon hill trekking, Chisapani hiking.
Moderate trek grade
Moderate Trek is also called a medium type of trek which is neither easier nor so much difficult. It is quite long and difficult than the easy trek with walking 6 hours a day. A moderate type of trekking is walking below 4500m height and involves the walk up and down the hill with the near view of a snow-capped mountain. the fit person or the person who has done an easy trek previously can do. Example of this trek is Annapurna base camp trekking, Mardi Himal trekking
Adventure trek grade
This trekking is harder than the Moderate trek. It is trekking above the 4500 Meter and requires 6-7 hours each day. Some passes and High elevations are the features of the trek. The trek needs more strength and power to do this. if you have a previous walking experience then it is very good for you. Everest base camp trek, Annapurna circuit trek, Manaslu Trek are the Adventure trek which requires the High strength
Strenuous trek grade
Strenuous Trekking is some kind of more physically demanding trekking that needs steep climbing and some technical knowledge of walking on the ice as well. It requires prior trekking experience and strong physical fitness. It is trekking above 5000m elevation and for the period of 15-25 days with 7-8 hours walk per day.
