Poon Hill trek 4 Days

Poon hill trek is one of the easiest treks of Nepal which goes height up to 3210 meters. From poon hill, you can see the fantastic panoramic views of the Annapurna Himalayan range which includes 2 mountains which are above 8,000-meter mountains. One is Annapurna 8091 meter and another one is Dhaulagiri 8,167 meter. Annapurna South, Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri II, Dhaulagiri III, Gurja peak, Tukuche peak, Dhampus peaks are other mountains which you can see from the top of Poon hill. The hike goes through the beautiful oak forest to the Ghorepani villages which take 2 days to reach there. From Ghorepani, it takes 2 days to complete the trek which follows the forestry path to Tadapani. Tadapani also offers the magnificent views of Mt Fishtail 6,993 meter and Annapurna south 7,219 meters and other mountains peak. The trek finally goes to Ghandruk villages and ends there. During the Ghorepani Poon Hill trek, students can learn the local people’s lives and their cultures.
Chitwan national park safari

Nepal Student tour itinerary
Day 01: Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Nepal trek hub will pick up the students group from the Tribhuvan international airport then take you to the hotels you reserved or we have chosen.We will give you a brief overview of your student’s tour itinerary. In the evening if you like you can walk around the Thamel.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley.
Early in the morning after breakfast our guide will come to your hotel to pick you up with the vehicle. You will drive to Pashupatinath temple at first then do sightseeing in Pashupatinath temple. After Pashupatinath you will visit the Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu durbar square respectively. You will gain the knowledge about Nepal’s history, culture, religions and traditions visiting those places.
Day 03: Drive to Pokhara then stay at the hotel in lakeside
The tourist bus leaves early in the morning around 7 o’clock. Before the bus leaves you must be ready, have to breakfast and reach there at the Tourist Bus park. Once the bus leaves to Pokhara it takes about 7-8 hours to reach the Pokhara. You will see the beautiful landscape of the countryside. The bus stops for 3 times on the way to Pokhara so you can have lunch, breakfast and a toilet break. They will manage the stop time like that.
Day 04: Pokhara sightseeing
Following days after you reach Pokhara you will visit the tourist spots of Pokhara. The world peace stupa is one of the most attractive places because from here you can see the wonderful landscape of the hillside, Annapurna mountain range, Phewa Lake and Pokhara city. After this, you will be visiting the Davis fall, Gupteshwor Cave and international mountain museum along with Tibetan refugee camp.
Day 05: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ulleri 1950 Meters
This is the first day of the students’ tour. The 45 minutes drive takes you to the Trekking starting point Nayapul. Nayapul is the place from where you will start to trek. Following the well-marked hiking trail and sometimes road you will cross the Sudame, Ramghai then reach to Tikhedhunga. Lunch will be here on Tikhedhunga before you climb the final tough accent to Ulleri. The final accent is quite tough because of the continuous endless stairs. The Ulleri is located at the Altitude of 1950 meters.
Day 06: Trek to Ghorepani 2875 Meter.
Second day of the trek, quite easy as well as more scenic too. The trek passes the local villages of the Ulleri and Banthanti to reach the forest. When you reach the Forest near the Banthanti you will see the stunning view of the Mt Fishtail and Annapurna south 7219 Meters. The trail now enters into the forest which is full of oak, rhododendron and bamboo. The trails often go up and down before you reach the rivers. Once you cross the river then the trail slowly climbs to Ghorepani. There is a small village before you reach Ghorepani which is known as Nangethanti where you will have lunch. The forest now becomes denser as you go higher. The countless rhododendron trees increase the beauty of trek before you reach to Ghorepani. Stay at the guest house.
Day 07: Sunrise view on the Annapurna Himalayan range and trek to Tadapani 2765 meters
The students are delighted to see the wonderful sunrise from the Top of Poon hill 3210 meters. Early in the morning, we will give you the wake-up call to go to Poon hill. It is an hour hike to Poon hill which should be done before the sunrise that means you should have a headlamp to go to Poon hill. Dhaulagiri 8,167 meters, Annapurna 8,091 meters, Annapurna south 7,219 Meters, Nilgiri, mt Fishtail 6993 Meters and many other mountain peaks can be seen from here. The most photogenic snaps can be captured here on your Nepal students tour holiday. Back to the hotel having breakfast you will start your hike to Tadapani. The hike goes through the ridge of the hill from where you can see the same view as you see from the Poon hill 3210 Meter. The forest walk gives you more pleasure as the trekking trails go up and down often. The Deurali is the 3100 Meters which is the maximum elevation that you cross before you go down to Tadapani. The trail now goes to Banthanti and eventually ends at Tadapani. Lunch will be served in Banthanti before you climb to Tadapani. Tadapani is another gorgeous place to stay from where you can see the astonishing view of the Himalayas. Annapurna south 7219 meters, Himchuli 6400 meter. Stay overnight at the Tadapani.
Day 08: Trek to ghandruk and drive to Pokhara.
Sunrise over the Himalayas is truly something that you won’t get often in your life. The tall Himalayan range is very beautiful. Mt Fishtail, Mt Annapurna south, Mt Himchuli and other mountains from here. Having breakfast at Tadapani you will trek down to Ghandruk. The dense forest walk is beautiful itself because you can see some monkeys on the way to Ghandruk and many species of the birds. The 3 hours continuous trek takes you to the Ghandruk where you will have your final lunch of the trek. The vehicles will be on Ghandruk then we drive to Pokhara.
Day 09: Drive to Chitwan and check in to the hotels.
We will go to Chitwan today. It is 145 KM drive from Pokhara. The highway drive is beautiful because you can see the fantastic countryside landscape before you reach Chitwan. Once you reach Chitwan the program starts.
Day 10: Safari activities.
Wake up and have breakfast then go canoeing ride to see the Gharials and crocodiles. After the canoe ride, they will take you to the Jungle walk and visit the elephant breeding centre. Back to the hotels and have lunch. In the evening you will go to the Jeep safari which will take you inside the national parks.returning from safari you will do the dinner and go to see the Tharu cultural dance.
Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 12: Departure
We will drop you to the airport and departures.
