What it looks like to do Langtang Valley Trek
Langtang valley trek is quite easy to do as compared with other adventurous treks like Everest base camp or Annapurna circuit trek. Shortly, travellers call it Langtang trek which is a moderate trek of Nepal. The trek does not require any previous trek experience. It requires 6-7 hours to walk daily on mountain terrain trails. Trekking trails are not that tough or technical as well, the trails are wider and often goes up and down through the bank of the Langtang River. You would not get so much altitude during the trek to Langtang valley, that is the reason there is less chance of the altitude mountain sickness during the Hike. While hiking to the Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri you would get altitude but there is less chance of the AMS because you would not spend more time on the Viewpoints. Kyanjin Ri and Tserko Ri are the two best viewpoints to see mountains that we mentioned above very clearly.
The Landslides which came after the Quake
Earthquake of 2015 on Langtang Valley
The 7.9 Magnitude quake hit mid-Nepal in 2015 April. Many casualties and losses happened to Nepal. Langtang village is one of the most affected by the earthquake.
