Everest High Pass Trek or Everest three Passes Trek is an adventure trek for the trekkers who are seeking to do something thrilling hiking in the Everest region of Nepal for 3 weeks. The Everest high pass trek goes through the high elevated pass that is why it is Everest High passes trek. There are three passes that you cross while doing this trek. They are respectively Renjo La Pass (5,340m/17,520ft), Kongma La Pass (5,535/18,159ft) and Cho La Pass (5420m/17,782ft). During the trek, you will step on the Everest base camp, Khumbu regions, Gokyo lake, Gokyo ri and many other highlighted places. More importantly, we can tell that by doing the Everest high passes trek you will explore all touristic parts of Khumbu. It is also a great chance to explore the most spectacular and diversified landscape and sky-touching snow-capped peaks.
The adventurous Everest high pass trek begins after the scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla airport. The airport is one of the attractive things in Khumbu elevated at the altitude of 2800 Meter and the gateway to Everest. You will trek inside the Word heritage Sagarmatha National park and enjoy the beautiful natures of the park. Different types of flora and fauna are available in this national park. You set up your trek from Lukla to onwards through trekking crossing the village-like Benkar, Phakding, Namche, Syangboche, Dingboche, Lobuche, Gorakshep to arrive the world-famous and top scenic place on the earth Kalaphattar to see the Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse. Namche is the place where most of the trekkers do acclimatization and go to the Everest view hotel to see the Everest Himalayan range. Namche to onwards you would get the stunning view of the Khumbu Himalayan Ranges. On this trek, you can see 4 mountains which are above 8000 Meter in Nepal out of 8 Total. They are Cho Oyu (8,201m), Makalu (8,463m), Lhotse (8,516 m) and Everest (8,850m). There are other numerous peaks such as Amadablam, Cholatse, Lobuche, Nuptse, Thamserku and many more can be seen very perfectly. Everest base camp trek is also inside on this trek plan.
Enjoying the sherpa cultures and traditions you will also explore the Khumbu highest lake Gokyo and its surroundings such as a Gokyo Ri to have a spectacular view of the Khumbu Himalayas. Gokyo RI is one of the best viewpoints of the entire Khumbu region from where you can see all the mountains very perfectly. The other thing you will see on this trek is Ngozumpa Glacier is the largest in the Nepal Himalayas. You can explore the Gokyo fifth lake and fourth lake which is an amazing exploration of the Khumbu Region.

This is one of the most adventerous trek in Everest region. Trekkers required to walk 6-7 Hours per day in altitude up to 5,640 Meter. Sometimes you need to walk 8-9 hours per day as well on the difficult mountain terrain trails. The trails are full with so much ups and Down.
There are basic tea houses around the trek route, they offers a various dishes of food including the western food and comfortable bed. Sometimes you will be able to find the room with toilet/ bathroom too
Most of the tea house in the Everest route has a WIFI Nowadays. You need to purchase the cards to use WIFI. Speed of WIFI are quite slow, but you can still connect with your friends and family

Yes, There is a availability of Mineral water, every tea houses. It is always not good to drink the mineral water, first it is quite costly to traveler, secondly it is damaging the Eco-system, the water company using a lot of plastic bottles. In a mountain mineral water bottle are a real threat to the environment. We can use the water purifier or water purification tablet and become a responsible traveler
