Depending on the situations the flight might be even from the Ramechap which is 3 hours driving from Kathmandu but the prices are the same where trekkers are picked up from the centre of the Kathmandu to Ramecheap.

The guides are trained very well and they are aware of the problem that may happen during the Everest trek. Trekking like Everest goes very high altitude. That is the reason there are many chances of getting AMS and another sickness which guides take care of yours. Off course, heaving the guide is costly and you should also pay for the guide Flights which is not expensive like the trekkers.
Porter cost for Everest base camp trek
Everest base camp trek is quite an adventure trekking and goes High up to 5643 Meters to Kala Patthar. Initially, you will land into the 2800 Meter and go up and down a lot. Most of the day you will gain around 400-600 Meters which means it is difficult to carry the luggage by yourself that is the reason you should have the porters to carry your baggage. Porters can be taken from the Lukla which means you should not have to pay the flights for the porters but you should give the tips at the end of the trek plus daily wages to them.

One is budgeted and another one is very deluxe. The deluxe accommodations cost more while the budget one is normal. Normally for the trek, it cost 40$ per day for the food and accommodations excluding any types of Drinks even water too. The deluxe one costs you more than a 100$ per day. On luxury Everest base camp trek you will stay in the most deluxe hotels available in the trek routes.

The more good service and more luxury trek you choose the cost would be more expensive. The cost we mentioned is the normal accommodations and food on your trek with guide and porters. The cost also includes the Sagarmatha National Park permits and Local government permits too. On this cost, the drinks are not included. Drinks like water, tea, coffee and alcoholic items are extra on your cost. Trekkers should have to pay for their drinks. First Day 01: Arrival day in Kathmandu for the Everest trek
Second Day 02: Flight to Lukla airport (2,860m/9,381 feet) from kathmandu then, trek to Bengkar(2,698m/8,822 feet), 5 hours
Third Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,249 feet.), Explore the Namche Bazaar in the evening, 6 hours
Fourth Day 04: Everest view hotel and Syangeboche hill station hiking to get the best view of Mt Everest and other mountains in the Everest regions.
Fifth Day 05: Tengboche trekking from Namche (3,867m/12,645 feet.), 6 hours
Sixth Day 06: Dingboche trek (4,260m/13,930 feet.) from Tengboche, 6 hours
Seventh Day 07: Dingboche acclimatization and hiking to the Nagarjuna peak 16,000 feets, 4 hours.
Eighth Day 08: Lobuche trek (4,930 m/16,121 feet.), 5:30 hours.
Ninth Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,540 feet) then Return to Gorak Shep Lodge (5,140m/16,808 feet) for overnight stay, 7 hours
Tenth Day 10: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar hike (5,545m/18,132 feets). Return to Pheriche (4,243m/ 13,917 ft), 9 hours
Eleven Day 11: Trek Descend down from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/12,249 feet), 8 hours
Twelve Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2,860m/9,381 feet), 8 hours
