Everest base camp trek goes up to Kala Patthar 5645 Meters. Most of the trekkers start their trek in Lukla 2860 Meters and some may feel various difficulties due to the elevations as well as mountain atmospheres. It happens to very few people so they might get Altitude mountain sickness anywhere around the Everest base camp trek route.

Trekkers need to trek 6-7 hours each day on the mountain terrains so some of you may find it difficult at the beginning but 2-3 days later it becomes normal.
