4.1: Public bus transfer or Private Vehicle to Besisahar from Kathmandu
There are two ways to go to Besisahar: by public bus or by vehicle. Both options are possible for the trekkers.
Public bus
A cheap option is a public bus, but the comfort and safety are not what they should be for the trekkers. The local bus to Besisahar starts early in the morning from the Kathmandu Bus Park. The road to Besisahar is a good road, and the drive takes about 6-7 hours. The drive sometimes even takes longer because of the traffic problems. The road construction is going on there on the highway,s which creates traffic jams, and on the bus, there are limited seats, and the seats are not comfortable enough, as we have to drive to Dharapani on the same day. You can use the private vehicle instead of the Public bus, and if you use the public bus, then the cost is around $12 to $14.
Private vehicle
The expensive option is a private vehicle to travel to Besisahar. The private vehicle is reliable, safe and comfortable to travel, and you can start on your time from Kathmandu. During the drive, you can stop anywhere and take some breaks. The private vehicle options are always good for the trekkers for a safe and comfortable journey. The private Jeep costs vary from 150$ to 200$ more or less.
4.2: Sharing or Private Jeep from Besisahar to Dharapani
The first transportation options take you to Besisahar from here again you have to use another transportation to reach the trekking starting place, which is Dharapani. To go to Dharapani, you will need to use a Jeep, and you can take either a private Jeep or a Shared Jeep. The choice is yours.
Sharing Jeep
Have to travel with the local people, and it is always takes some time to find other local people who go to Dharapani or Chame. The cost is relatively low, but it’s quite hard for you to travel with the local people, and the jeep often stops for people to come in and out. The shared jeep costs you around $40 to $50.
Private Jeep
Very convenient options, a bit expensive but not that much. The private jeep costs from Besishahar to Dharapani is about $120 to $140. Very suitable for the trekkers who have to stop often in the jeep to see the villages, landscapes, river stream and waterfalls during the drive.
4.3: Public bus or private Jeep to Pokhara from Muktinath
When you finish your trek in Muktinath, you have to drive back to Pokhara, and there are again 2 options. You can either use the public bus or private vehicles. The road to Pokhara is a mix of good roads and off roads, and the drive takes about 7-8 hours to arrive in Pokhara.
Public bus back to Pokhara
The cheap options, but they may be tough for you because of the local people. Sometimes those public bus often stops for passengers to come in and go out, and mostly the public bus remains full. After the long, tiring multi-day hiking, you may want to give yourself a treat, which can be as using the private jeep. 4.4: Tourist bus or flight back to Kathmandu
Once you arrive at pokhara you can spend some days at Pokhara or head straight to Kathmandu. There are several ways to go to Kathmandu, and most of them use either a tourist bus back to Kathmandu or domestic flights.
Tourist Bus
The cheap option with long travel time, the road to Kathmandu, is 210 Km. The first section from Pokhara to Mugling is very good, which does not take that long time. From Mugling to Kathmandu, the road is under maintenance, and there might be traffic jams. The road distance is not much, but due to heavy traffic and road maintenance works it takes time. Food

For lunch and dinner, you can choose, but most likely, trekkers prefer the typical Nepali meal, Dal Bhat with white rice, lentil soup, seasonal vegetables, salad, and pickles. Accommodation
Tea houses or local lodges operated by the local communities are the accommodation for the trekkers. The tea houses offer a basic room with the food. Normally, the tea houses expect you to eat and drink in the same guest house where you stay for their business. The accommodations include a bed, mattress, bed sheets, pillow, pillow cover, and warm blankets, costing you around $5 to $10. The cost may vary from tea house to tea house.

Which Currency for Tipping?
When it comes to tipping guides and porters, you can give them any currency that you have. You can give them either in Usd Pound Sterling. Euro or any currency that you have. If you give them foreign currency, they will exchange it and get the local currency. For the porter, it is good to give the Local Currency if you have. When To Give The Tips?
Normally, the guides will be with you at the end of the treks and normally up to Kathmandu, but porters may not be up to that time. When they finish the trek, they may go home directly from there, or in some case they may come up to Kathmandu with you.
