Nepal Trek Hub is seeking a highly experienced, dedicated, and proactive Part-Time Trekking Guide to join our team for the upcoming trekking season. We are looking for a long-term professional who is honest, loyal, and committed to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead trekking groups with professionalism and a strong focus on safety.
- Provide insightful information about the trekking trails, local culture, history, and natural environment.
- Manage all logistical aspects of the trek, including accommodations, meals, and permits.
- Handle unexpected situations and emergencies with a calm, effective, and proactive approach.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and positive feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a trekking guide in the Nepal Himalayas.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Must hold a valid Nepal Government Trekking Guide license, preferably with a license number below 17000.
- Demonstrated record of successful treks and positive client testimonials.
- A strong sense of loyalty, honesty, and a proactive attitude towards guest hospitality.
